My plane arrived early and traffic is bad, so I am waiting in the USO in the airport. It has been three months and one day since I have been home. I have spent the last two weeks in Idaho and Utah visiting family.

My siblings and I had not been together since our sister’s funeral service eight and one half years ago. We had a good visit.

On my way from Idaho back to Utah, we came across a fire. The fire was almost completely out. I guess a car had caught fire and they ran off the road. That caught the brush on fire. The fire did not delay us.

This conclude my summer with the grand kids. The last three months just flew by. I am glad to home but I am very grateful for the time I spent with my daughter and grand kids. Thank you Sandra and David!
